  • Fee for Re-Checking is Rs:1500 / paper
  • Fill the Application form electronically/online carefully and Print challan for fee submission.
  • Submit Fee at any OMNI Shop and print form retotaling form after fee verification .

  • Keep the bank receipt and form until the declaration of the result of retotal/rechecking.

  • NOTE: Your application form will be processed after your fee Verification.
  • Once the fee is submitted, you can download the retotaling application from the link. Download Application
