Correction of Name or Father Name

  1. Spelling mistake
  2. Spelling mistake in Name or Father Name are corrected subject to fullfilment of the following formalities.

    • Photocopy of relavant pages of the admission and withdrawal register, attested by the Principal.
    • Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Name addressed to Secretary.
    • DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
    • Fee receipt (bank chalan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction click here

  3. Addition or deletion
  4. Name or Father Name of the candidate can be changed partially. For example, the words like "Khan", "Jan", "Mian", "Sayed" etc. can be added to name or deleted from name by producing the following documents.

    • Advertisement in any daily newspaper (press cuttings two in number)
    • Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Name addressed to Secretary.
    • Affidavit (in case of no covering letter)
    • DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
    • Fee receipt (bank chalan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction click here

  5. Change of Name
  6. Name or Father Name of the candidate can be changed vide a Decree passed in favour of the candidate by a Court of Law. The candidate should submit the following documents.

    • Court Decree (in original)
    • Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Name addressed to Secretary.
    • DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original

Correction of Date of Birth

  1. Correction on the basis of School Record
  2. Date of Birth can be got corrected in the Board Record in light of the school record if sufficient proof is produced to the Board or the Board is satisfied after inquiry or inspection of the relavant school record. Documents required.

    • Photocopy of relavant pages of the admission and withdrawal register, (primary, middle, high school), attested by Principal.
    • Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Correction of Date of Date of Birth addressed to Secretary.
    • DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
    • Fee receipt (bank chalan/ bank slip). Go to fee of correction click here

  3. Change of Date of Birth
  4. Date of Birth can be changed vide a court decree subject to the fullfilment of the following formalities.

    • Approval of the Secretary for implementation of the court decree
    • Covering letter (forwarding letter) from the Principal on the subject Change of Date of Birth addressed to Secretary.
    • DMC, Certificate issued by the Board in original
    • Fee receipt (bank chalan/ bank slip).

Fee of Correction

  1. Correction of spelling of Name or Father Name
  2. Correction based on School/College record.

    • Rs. 1000/- (One thousand only)

  3. Correction of Vowel in Name or Father Name
    • Rs. 2000/- (Two thousand only)

  4. Addition deletion with or from Name or Father Name
  5. Correction on the basis of Press cutting

    • Rs. 2000/- (two thousand only)

  6. Change of Name or Father Name (Court decree)
    • Rs. 3000/- (three thousand only) per correction

  7. Change of Name in case of embrace of Islam
    • No Fee is charged

  8. Correction of Date of Birth
    • Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) + Rs. 1000/- per year as incremental fee
    • Example:
      • passing year of matric: 2017, Fee: Rs. 2000/-
      • passing year of matric: 2016, Fee: Rs. 3000/-
      • passing year of matric: 2015, Fee: Rs. 4000/-
      • and so on

  9. Change of Date of Birth (court decree)
    • Court decree fee + Rs. 1000/- per year as incremental fee
    • Example of incremental fee
      • Passing year of Matric: 2017, Correction Fee Rs. 2000/-
      • Passing year of Matric: 2016, Correction Fee Rs. 3000/-
      • Passing year of Matric: 2015, Correction Fee Rs. 4000/-
      • Passing year of Matric: 2014, Correction Fee Rs. 5000/-
      • and so on..

Revised Certificate Fee

In case of Original Certificate issued to the candidate, separate fee will be charged for revised certificate beside the correction fee. In this case, separate fee slip will be required as fee for revised original certificate.

  • Rs. 600/- (Six hundred only)

How to submit Fee

Fee can be submitted to the Board in any Branch of Allied Bank Ltd. (ABL) situated in District: Swat, Buner, or Shangla. Slips for fee submission are available at the ABL Branches. Fee can be submitted on prescribed slips at UBL BISE Swat Branch situated in the Board's office. You need to submit the prescribed fee. No additional service fee is charged. Organizations sending documents (Certificates and marks-sheets/DMCs) for verification also can submit fee of verification through bank draft payable at Saidu Sharif, Swat. The bank draft should be submitted in favour of Secretary B.I.S.E Saidu Sharif, Swat.

One can submit fee in any of the following modes:

  • Allied Bank Ltd. (any Branch of A.B.L situated in Swat, Buner, or Shangla)
  • United Bank Ltd. (UBL BISE Swat Branch)
  • Bank Draft
  • Money Order

Whom to Contact for Correction

You need to contact Assistant Secretary Certificate for all types of correction after the declaration of the Result. In case of Correction in the Enrollment/ Registation, please contact the enrollment/ Registraton Section or Assistant Secretary (Academics). In case of correction in Roll No. Slip, contact Examination Section. For correction in 9th or 10th class (Matric/SSC) Roll No. Slip contact Matric Section. For correction in 11th or 12th class (Intermediate/ HSSC) Roll No. Slip contact Inter Section.
