NOTIFICATION

The following schedule of Class 9th enrolment is notified for the general information with respect to

Academic Session 2017-18. (Must read carefully).

1.      The old conventional method of enrolment is no more acceptable and that is why all the

Institutions have to log on to the Board website (portal.bisess.edu.pk) for online enrolment

module, School Code, User Name and Password of every Institution already provided.

2.      The head of the institutions are required to make entry group wise and gender wise with

accurate medium (English/Urdu) and also scan photo with white background 300X 300

pixels against each student through online web portal. Change in group is allowed to the

institution within a month of the normal admission of the student (S). Nadra Form-B

number of all students is also required in the portal, however for correction and verification

of particulars of student (Name, F/Name, DOB), the original withdrawal register shall be

treated as valid. Any correction in withdrawal register or in BISE record, on the basis of NADRA

form-B is not allowed.

3.      It should be ensured, before admitting a student, whether or not he/she is already enrolled with

BISE Swat. In case he/she is already enrolled then he/she must submit migration certificate, if

otherwise eligible. In case of re-admission in 09th class on the expired/old enrollment number shall be

provided for necessary information to this office, if otherwise eligible.

4.      If an institution fails to submit enrolment returns within the specified period quoted above i.e. up to

17/07/2017 a penalty @ Rs.20/- Per day Per student would be charged only in extra ordinary cases with

the provision of Admission Withdrawal Register.

5.      The particulars: Student(s) Name, Father Name, and Date of Birth must be typed from the school

record/A.W.R in enrolment return along with covering letter duly signed by the Head of the

institution concerned. CUTTING, OVER WRITING & ERASING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

6.      Candidates having attained the age of 14 Years would be eligible for appearing in the SSC Part-1 (9th)

Examination 2018. The minimum level for date of Birth is 31/03/2004.

7.      The Heads of the institutions are directed to countersign Admission Withdrawal Register (AWR) from the

concerned AEO/DEO (M/F)/Board Regulatory Authority (in case of Private institution) and also the Heads

of institutions put sign and stamp on every page of A.W.R, otherwise claims shall not be entertained

for any amendment in Board record i.e. Name, Father Name & Date of Birth after submission of

enrolment in the Board.

Note: Incomplete A.W.R found in any institution shall bring a minimum penalty of R.s 10000/- to the

institution concerned.

8.      The student cannot change his/her institution without having a proper Migration.

9.      If a regular student remained absent from the institution for seven days without any prior permission/

information and the same not reported by the Head of the institution within fortnight to this office.

In such cases the complaint lodge against the student(s) by the Head of the institution shall not be entertained.

10. School to school migration i.e (Local Migration) will not be allowed under any circumstances after the expiry

of due date ( i.e. 31/12/2017) for the submission of admission forms.

11. The Heads of the institutions are advised to adopt the procedure of online enrollment through portal system

(portal.bisess.edu.pk) for 09th class regular students and submitted along with requisite fee within due date

to this office for confirmation physically, otherwise fee shall be charged as per portal system record.

Manual Enrolment return shall not be accepted and strict disciplinary action be taken against the institution.

12. The student of 9th or 10th class will not be admitted till the submission of Original School to School Migration

Certificate and School Leaving Certificate, otherwise the penalty shall be levied on the institution.

13. Any alteration whether by cutting or erasing related to the name, father name and date of birth of the

student in A.W.R is strictly prohibited and never be accepted for same correction.

14. No migration will be allowed under any circumstances after 31/12/2017 till the declaration of Annual (2017)

SSC Examination result.

15. School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C) may not be issued to the student seeking migration until & unless allowed by

the Board authorities.

16. The Head of the institutions are advised never to sign migration application/form after due date i.e December

31, 2017. In such situation Board is authorized to refuse or scrutinize the case for proper action.

17. The Head of the institutions are advised to conduct the detention examination of 09th & 10th classes, regular

students before 15th December 2017. Many students faces difficulties when they are submitting their admission

forms for examination.

18. The regular students of class 9th /10th must produce DMC verified & SLC attested copy from institution concerned

along with original migration form in case of students migrated from other Boards within the period of a

fortnight for the enrolment to BISE Swat otherwise, penalty would be imposed/charged.

19. The Heads of Government and Private Educational Institutions are required to deposit the Annual Renewal/

Affiliation fee on the prescribed Bank slip along with covering letter duly signed by the Principal of the

concerned institution.

20. All the Private Schools Principal are hereby directed to submit fresh staff statement of their institutions for

the session 2016-17 as per Board Calendar Chapter XI Para 6 sub Para 11, 12,14 etc, without which renewal

of Registration shall be refused.

21. The Heads of the institutions are advised to provide their specimen signatures along with stamps to avoid forgery

in their signatures & stamp.(in case of migration or other related matters).

22. The Extension in Provisional Registration/Affiliation for the Session 2016-17 will be expired on 15th April, 2017.

23. The Heads of the institutions are advised to write Telephone/Cell No; complete mailing address and e-mail address

of their institution for the proper correspondence/coordination.

24. The above rules/directives are subject to changes, if any, issued by the Competent Authority.

25. If a regular student fails Part-I/ 9th class examination, after qualifying the same examination in the subsequent year,

would be eligible for regular admission in the same institution in part-II( 10th class), if practical involved, otherwise

he/she will appear in private capacity.

26. The Head of the institutions are directed to collect fee and other charges from the student(s) up to the end of month,

otherwise the complaint of the Head(s) of Institution(s) regarding fee and other charges against the student(s) at

the time of getting migration to any other institution/Board shall not be entertained.
